The ErGaB- Education Centre unites innovations, visions and know-how in job training as well as in further education.
We offer our trainees and participants of qualification courses best conditions in gaining and improving their knowledge in catering and hotel business. In our training kitchen equipped with twelve cooking spots and in our master kitchen with open front they can improve their skills in cooking and serve their meals in the affiliated tuition restaurant with bar.
A range of lesson and seminar rooms with modern equipment as well as two high-tech PC-rooms, a training reception including a hotel room and an internet café on approximately 2.900 square metres invite for serving a premium apprenticeship.
Being the leading education provider for hospitality and catering in Thuringia we cover all fields of first vocational education and further training in a unique way. Our customers are trained for being perfect hosts by using state-of-the- art training and screening methods, especially developed by our Hospitality Proficiency Centre. This way they will be perfectly able to meet all the demands in the hotel and restaurant business.

Erfurt/Frankfurt am Main. Erfurt in Germany is awaiting its guests for
next year's 22nd IKA / Culinary Olympics. From October 18 to 22, 2008,
the world's best chefs and pastry chefs will gather in Erfurt to show
their expertise and know-how in culinary arts. The international
four-day competition which takes place only every four years is
considered the most important event in this field. And while the
hosting German Chefs Association is looking forward to welcoming
colleagues from more than 35 countries, an extraordinary city promotion
was kicked off.
